Upon review of each tool in this index, metadata has been collected and presented in a consistent format. Additionally, some tools have been rated against our Rubric for Learning Technology Evaluation(available here), which should help with selecting the best tool to help achieve your learning outcomes

Lecture Capture | Video Hosting | Lecture Capture is a service provided by CITL that allows for a recording of live lectures for later review by students. |
CITL Video Uploader | Video Hosting | CITL's video uploader allows instructors to upload their created videos and stream them to students through Brightspace. The video uploader provides instructors with the opportunity to share "desk lectures" or other short tutorial videos with students. The service ingests your created media, transcodes it for delivery to students, and provides an embed code that allows you to place the video within your Brightspace course. Each instructor receives 30 GB of storage for their videos. |

It has received positive reviews for its user-friendly design and productivity-enhancing capabilities. Asana also provides an open API for third-party integrations and has expanded its offerings with features like Asana Partners for cross-platform integration and capabilities focused on generative artificial intelligence. |
Yellowdig* | Asynchronous Communication | Yellowdig is a community platform similar to X Communities, where students can discuss and share their opinions, including files, in the class community. They can interact with other posts, using emojis, accolades, and comments. Instructors can set their expectations, and the platform will automatically grade students based on these criteria by the end of the semester. It can be integrated into Brightspace, and the grades will be automatically sent to the assigned grade book. |
