Academic Success Centre - A hub for information, tools, programs and events that will help you succeed in your learning. Whether you’re an undergraduate or graduate student studying on campus, online or remotely, find the support, tips and tools you need to succeed no matter where you are on your learning journey.

CITL Support Centre- Offers extended evening and weekend hours to provide assistance with technical problems related to Internet connectivitiy, access to Brightspace (D2L), problems related to hardward/software configuration, and understanding the organization of your course and participation requirements.

CITL Technical Resources - This website provides how-to guides to help you with the technical side of learning online.

Online Orientations - Meet and interact with CITL staff, presenters from academic and administrative units, and other online students. To attend an online orientation, contact our Support Centre. Online orientations are currently available for:

  • New online students
  • New graduate students in the Master of Physical Education program
  • New graduate students in the Faculty of Education
  • New graduate students in the Faculty of Medicine: Community Health and Humanities.
