Guest Interviews
A guest interview provides specific knowledge and a personal-level of comprehension in a particular subject. The interview can be used to gain a different perspective on a specific topic, provide further insight, or share life experiences.
For Folklore 1005, content author Jillian Gould interviewed storyteller Mary Fearon on-location at the Gower Street United Church in downtown St. John’s.
Dr. Christopher Smith organized a sit down interview with Susan Green inside HMP for the development of Social Work 4323.
Recorded in CITL’s studio using a multi-camera setup, Nicole Evans, program developer for Graduate Studies’ ETP program, used a number of guest interviews to bring a personal perspective to the course content.
Dr. Jan Buley produced a series of guest interviews for Education 6643 including this one which was recorded in CITL’s studio. Using Skype, Jan interviewed a former colleague in Ontario.
