What is it?

Prezi is a cloud-based graphic design tool that creates and shares dynamic designs and data visualizations. Suitable for interactive infographics.

What is its purpose?

The purpose of Prezi is to create more engaging interactive presentations using an easy-to-use editor that makes it possible to quickly drag and drop objects onto the canvas, as well as customize them all in one place.

How do I use it?

Prezi is an online platform that is available on all devices and platforms and can be accessed directly from your browser.

It can also be downloaded for both personal computers and mobile devices.

Though users must register for an account, Prezi has an association with Google and so anyone with a Memorial University email account can use their MUN login information to sign-up for Prezi.

To do so, the user selects the sign-up button and selects the Sign in with Google option. Log in using your MUN credentials to complete your registration for a Prezi account and begin using.

Each time the user would like to log into their Prezi account, they would select the Sign in with Google option using their MUN credentials.

Why would I use it?

  • No special software is required to create a presentation; it can be created in a web browser.
  • No programming or coding knowledge is required and the platform is very user-friendly.
  • Prezi is compatible with most online conference applications such as WebEx, and Zoom.
  • The presenter can easily include presentation content and object over their recording video.
