Learning Technology Guide

CITL assists the university community with the integration of learning technologies for online and on-campus courses. We also provide expertise and information about potential tools and resources you may want to use.

This site lists a collection of software or web services that can be used in a learning environment to support teaching and learning. Detailed descriptions of each software/service include:

  • Definition of the tool;
  • Why use it;
  • How it works;
  • How you get support;
  • Considerations for use; and
  • A detailed rating against our Rubric for Learning Technology Evaluation, which evaluates the software/service against criteria related to its functional, technical and pedagogical aspects. Learn more about the rubric.
