H5P
learning object creatorinteractiveWhat is it?
H5P is a web application for creating your own interactive learning objects.
What is its purpose?
H5P is used to make learning objects for students to improve understanding of topics. H5P contains a large number of templated objects to simplify creation such that no programming knowledge is required.
How do I use it?
To request an account in the CITL H5P Resource creation environment, please reach out to our Support Centre. You can learn more here: https://blog.citl.mun.ca/technologyresources/other-edtech/h5p-interactive-content/
Why would I use it?
You would use H5P to create interactive learning objects that can be embedded into your courses. You would use these objects to help illustrate difficult concepts for students.
Usage considerations
When you create objects, you will be the creator of the object. Objects can be embedded in any course site, but updates to the original object will automatically change all embedded versions in every location.
