Get help with transitioning to remote delivery

We have established a Remote Instruction Transition Team (RITT), available in-person and remotely, to provide instructors with one-on-one support to move face-to-face instruction to remote delivery.

Beginning Tuesday, March 17, at 12:30 p.m., instructors can access the team by visiting ED1001 or by online chat through our Instructional Continuity webpage. This webpage is being updated regularly, and also contains useful resources and tips to help instructors move to remotely delivery.

Upon opening, hours of operation for the RITT during the week of March 17 will be:

  • Tuesday, March 17, 12:30-4 p.m.
  • Wednesday-Friday, March 18-20, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

RITT services include, but is not limited to:

  • Brightspace
  • instructional guidance
  • tips and tools for remote teaching (synchronous and/or asynchronous)
  • alternative assessment strategies

Additionally, as part of our regular operations, our Support Centre is available to provide assistance to students and instructors, which includes extended hours on evenings and weekends.
