The Centre for Innovation in Teaching and Learning (CITL) manages Memorial University's learning management system, Desire2Learn (D2L). D2L is the system used to deliver online and on campus courses, as well as various other academic and administrative functions.

D2L has a suite of tools to help with the administration and organization of courses. With D2L, instructors can communicate with students, deliver content and assessments, enable discussions and much more.
