How Do I Participate?
All remote sessions can be streamed to your web browser by clicking the title of the session above. Some sessions will allow participation; these sessions are noted in the How to Participate column.
Please note: You will need to use your MUN login to view the live streamed breakout sessions.
Live Stream Web Portal (Breakout Sessions)
You can ask questions to the speakers/presenters by using the text chat on the right side of the video window. A moderator will be watching the text chat, and relay your question to the speaker.
Twitter Hashtag (Keynote)
Tweet your question to our conference hashtag: #MUNTLC19. A volunteer will be relaying your question to the keynote.
What if I encounter problems with the remote stream?
Please reach out to the CITL Support Centre at: https://citl.mun.ca/support
They will be able to troubleshoot issues with your computer or connection, and relay any information to the conference staff who will be able to correct any issues with the transmission.
I clicked a stream, but nothing is happening. Is something wrong?
Streams are scheduled to begin and end automatically. If you are a little early, you may not see any content. If this continues after the scheduled start time, please reach out to the CITL Support Centre: https://citl.mun.ca/support
My stream is choppy, what can I do?
If your stream is choppy, you can change from high quality to low quality by clicking the cog icon in the bottom right corner of the streaming window. If this continues, changing to a higher speed network connection could also help resolve the problem.
